WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
PROPER ETIQUETTE FOR MASSAGE THERAPY

As part of proper massage therapy etiquette, clients are encouraged to shower before their appointment. Arriving clean not only demonstrates respect for your therapist but also enhances the overall experience by promoting relaxation and comfort for both parties.
Maintaining personal hygiene also helps ensure a pleasant environment and supports the highest standards of professionalism and care throughout your session.
In addition, please remove all jewelry prior to and silence your cell phone during your session.
Finally, if you are feeling unwell or are showing signs and/or symptoms of any illness, please reschedule your session right away. This ensures a safe a healthy environment for all involved and prevents exacerbation of your illness.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE
If you arrive late or are not ready to begin your session at the scheduled time, to your appointment, your session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time. All sessions begin and end at the times scheduled.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Tactical Touch Bodyworks reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for a variety of reasons, which include (but are not limited to): poor hygiene, inappropriate behavior, abusive behavior in any form, client impairment or any circumstance that puts the health and safety of the client or therapist at risk. If your session is involuntarily terminated due to any of these unfortunate circumstances mentioned or not, you are still responsible for 100% of the service fee.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tactical Touch Bodyworks has a no refund policy on completed services. If you are unhappy with your session, please contact us for a resolution.

We understand that “life” happens and schedule changes are sometimes necessary. However, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Please understand that a last-minute cancellation or missed session often does not allow us to re-book that time slot, which means another client misses the chance to book therapy that they need.

If you cancel, miss your scheduled session time or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session time, cancellation fees will be implemented in the following manner:

100% of the scheduled service fee for any “no-show” appointments

50% of the scheduled service fee for the first cancellation within 24 hours and 100% of the scheduled service fee for each cancellation within 24 hours after that.
Repeated cancellations and no-shows may result in the denial of future bookings.

Tactical Touch reserves the right to require payment at the time of booking in order to maintain cancellation policy compliance.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or infection, please reschedule your session. Late cancellation due to unexpected emergency, acute illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
